Uday Chandra Kumar is an experienced backend software developer with a diverse working domain. He is skilled in J2EE, core Java, and Python3 and has experience in building software applications of different scales, end-to-end using OOP languages following TDD methodology. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Incedo, Uday has previously worked as an Application Development Senior Analyst and Application Development Analyst at Accenture. At Accenture, he worked on Rapid Application Workbench, a platform to help strategists, business users, and leaders of the firm to get all analytic insights at one place. He developed and designed RESTful microservices, extensively used Java8 and Python3 programming language, used data caching to improve the performance of the application, and used HTML5, CSS3, and BootStrap to develop UI. At Accenture, Uday also worked on AIP Design Studio, a SaaS platform that lets users get analytical insights from the historical data ingested to it. He worked in the AIP Design Studio CoE team, proposed high availability architecture for AIP Design Studio using AWS, JBoss, and MongoDB, developed a chatbot based on Google's DialogueFlow framework to assist potential as well as newly onboarded users, exposed and developed microservices using Spring Boot and Flask, and implemented a system for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment of applications. Uday has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from West Bengal University of Technology.
